Personal training with coach Greg has been a great experience. Initially I had tried out the Self Defense classes and gained so much on day one. Decided to sign up for personal training classes to focus on different skill sets and met up with coach Greg as soon as I could. Coach Greg pays great attention to detail and pushes my limits without overworking me. Our sessions are consistent every time and we work on a variety of drills. This helps me understand my strengths/weaknesses, which opens up new challenges for me to endure. This motivates me to push myself harder every time I return and recommend working with Coach Greg to anyone who’s looking for personal growth.
