Open to kids ages 5–14, the program is led by Professor Greg – an American sports coach and trainer with over 15 years of experience in youth fitness and development.

Welcome to Sunnah Strengths swim program! Our classes are specially designed for swimmers of all levels, from first timers with no experience to those who wish to enhance their swimming skills. You will learn the fundamentals of swimming, breathing, floating, swimming strokes & treading water. For more advanced students you will learn to fine tune techniques, swim competition training and even learn emergency drills and rescue. Classes are available from ages 3 years and older.
