Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu/Self-Defense & Fitness program is designed for kids to build essential skills that can be used on the mats or in everyday life. Learn fundamental & advanced techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and practical self defense in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This program helps you develop physical strength, mental resilience, and situational awareness.
Rooted in discipline and humility, our training also reflects values of restraint and responsibility—aligning with the Sunnah ethos of self-control and strength for good.

Welcome to Sunnah Strengths Youth Summer Camp program 2026! We are excited to have you train with us. Our goal is to help your child improve overall fitness while developing fundamental and essential athletic skills ranging from a variety of disciplines. At the same time they will build confidence, self esteem, discipline along with leadership & social skills.

Welcome to our Swim Program! Our classes are specially designed for swimmers of all levels, from first timers to those who wish to enhance their swimming skills. Your child will learn the fundamentals of swimming: comfort in the water, floating, breathing, treading & swim strokes. More advanced students will learn to fine tune their techniques, build up endurance in the water & even learn emergency drills and rescue scenarios.
