Kids Summer Camp

Get ready for a summer full of fun, friends, and sports!

Welcome to Sunnah Strengths Youth Summer Camp program 2026! We are excited to have you train with us. Our goal is to help your child improve overall fitness while developing fundamental and essential athletic skills ranging from a variety of disciplines. At the same time they will build confidence, self esteem, discipline along with leadership & social skills.

Location: Islamic University Sports Complex
Eligibility: For Kids & Youth ( Boys ages 5 -15)

Activities

– Calisthenics & Plyometrics
– Swimming & water safety
– Strength & Endurance Training 
–  Martial Arts: Wrestling, Jiujitsu, Boxing
– Soccer 
– Islamic Reminders
Each session has different groups to choose from with morning & early afternoon availability and run 3 days/week.   Every class is 3 hrs long and will include 2 or more of the above activities. Click on the flyer or registration link above for more details & to sign up
